As an Executive Director, the Operations Director will play an important role across all aspects of the strategy and management of Guide Dogs, and have responsibility for leading its customer-centric services, and its ambition to reach more people with sight loss. 

Guide Dogs run a highly complex, multi-site operation, involving 8,000 dogs and skilled staff across highly specialised roles. Our new Operations Director must bring a strong track record in leading and developing operational teams within a complex supply chain, focused on quality and continuous improvement. A track record of leading change, senior management level experience involving service provision to the public and above all a really strong values base are essential.
