Swiss-based Nutrition and Supplements entity. They are currently focused on selling their products in the EU, and Asia. They have established a UK entity which will be focused on targeting UK domestic sales as well as the Middle East & North African (MENA) market. It is absolutely essential that the individuals we speak with have worked in the food supplements or health supplements space in the regions they are looking to target. We are specifically looking for an interim with existing market knowledge, data, links and connections that can be leveraged. Our client has already spoken with quite a few applicants for these positions, but all were turned down because they couldn't demonstrate they would immediately offer market penetration.
There is an existing sales function but in essence this is a standalone role and the successful applicant will own the strategy and execution. As well as building long lasting relationships with major distributors and securing minimum orders, you will be expected to understand the relevant licensing, packaging and labelling requirements.
- An individual with extensive experience and reach within the UK.
- An individual with extensive international experience and ideally background working with pharmaceutical entities in the MENA region.
Our client will also consider applicants from the Pharmaceutical space, but you must have worked with the relevant distribution channels. Prescription medicine and working directly with Doctors is not relevant in this instance.
Day rate - £750 per day plus VAT + expenses. Bonus is on offer upon successful project completion.
