A global FMCG business is looking for a Continuous Improvement Lead for Europe to drive the rollout out of Lean Six Sigma methodology training and spearhead the businesses' Customer Experience strategy.
This business is undergoing a significant transformation programme to overhaul and significantly improve their back office. Key priorities include the introduction of RPA and AI, process improvement and consolidation of Shared Services.
To be considered for this role:
- You must be Lean Six Sigma qualified and have demonstrable experience working within programmes rolling out this methodology.
- You must have significant experience being part of continuos improvement and operational excellence programmes.
- You must have extremely strong interpersonal skills. Having the ability to interact with individuals of every level and galvanise the organisation to embrace the change taking place is extremely important for this role.
A little more about this role:
- There would be some travel across Europe associated with this position.
