Head of Data & Information - Digital Services and Data Programme
Central London - to £900/day (expected to be outside IR35). 12 month initial contract.

We are seeking an experienced Head of Data and Information / Programme Director to lead on the data/digital elements of a large scale Public Sector construction programme. The role will focus on the establishment of a conceptual and master data services within the programme.

This is a complex programme with a number of work streams running through it around data and digital services and applicants have to be able to evidence experience of developing and leading such a programme as part of a larger construction programme.

Applicants will be able to demonstrate experience across areas such as...

• Cloud-based, CAD, Document Control, Contract Administration, GIS and stakeholder engagement solutions;
• The selection and implementation of an IT systems landscape for a major construction programme;
• Defining and implementing a common data environment including contract administration, document control and construction related business workflows within a major construction programme;
• Negotiation and renewal of an IT Managed Service contract within a major construction programme.

This is a highly prestigious programme within Central Government and will be for an initial 12 months.
