Mechanical Project Director

I am currently seeking a Mechanical Project Director for my client in Central London

The Client

Running for over 50 years they have gained an excellent reputation within the Commercial fit out and refurbishment market and are able to offer services on single disciplined or multi-disciplined duty. They are able to complete schemes designed by others or on a full Design & Build basis. Most of their projects are based in the Central/East London area.

The Opportunity

The role will be based between their Central London office and site. The individual will be responsible for overseeing a full site team as well as in-house pre-construction staff. Due to the nature of the project my client is seeking an experience Project Manager with a "can do" work approach.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience within the Mechanical Building Services Industry.
  • Experience with managing a full site team as well as overseeing project budgets & specifications.
  • Strong understanding of a project life cycle.
  • Previously completed Projects within the Commercial Fit out Industry.
