My client are a leading main contractor who work on large scale projects from £20 million up to £80 million in Central London and across the UK. These projects range from education, commercial, residential, hotels and more.

Right now they are looking to add a Project Director who has large scale fit out experience, somebody who is used to an extremely fast paced project, managing multiple staff, sub-contractors and dealing with a client who has a tight deadline.

This role will be reporting into the Operations Director but will have full autonomy of any projects that they are put in charge of. This Project Manager will also be asked to get involved in Pre-Construction activities and sometimes even help with tendering for new work alongside the Estimating team and Bid Manager.

Other duties will consist of:

• Managing all the sub-contractors.
• Being the No1 for all H&S on site.
• Help with Pre-Con and getting the site set up correctly.
• Appointing site team.
• Clients main contact.
• Pulling external consultants together.
• Long term and short term project planning.
