Our client have an exciting opportunity for a COO to join their growing team.

Job Title: COO - Nursery

Location: Home based with occasional travel to Head Office

Salary: £90,000 - £120,000 per annum

COO - The Client:

We are presently working with a leading early years learning provider with nursery settings throughout the UK. The business is very well established and provide a fantastic start to a child's education with many outstanding nursery settings and cutting-edge curriculum. They are looking to embark on an extensive growth journey and add to their existing portfolio through acquisition and new builds.

COO - The Role:

Presently there is a need to hire a COO to work at board level and manage the existing portfolio of nurseries and new acquisitions. You will work closely with the CEO to help grow the business and deliver a world class, profitable offering. You will have full responsibility for all operational aspects and will work closely with other business functions to ensure the smooth running of the business.

COO - You:

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established business and take responsibility for their growth over the next few years. The business is widely regarded as one of the most reputable early years providers and is at the forefront of developments in the sector. It is therefore necessary that they hire a creative thinker that can bring a contemporary approach to ensure they continue to pioneer and lead the way for early years.

The successful candidate will be working as a COO in the early years or learning sector. You could also be working as a CEO, Managing Director, Operations Director, Head of Operations, Learning Director, Chief Learning Officer, Curriculum Director, Director of Learning or equivalent with an early years environment.
