Job Details

We are recruiting a HR Director for a private equity backed business. This role will be joining an outstanding expanding business and will be reporting into the CEO.

The main responsibilities will include:

  • Provide HR leadership and support to the business
  • Work with the executive team to deliver the HR strategy
  • Lead and coach the HR Team to develop the talent acquisition and growth plans of business
  • Ensure company values and culture are replicated across the business offices

An exceptional candidate will exhibit the following attributes and achievements:

  • Have a strong HR background ideally with a private equity background
  • Proven track record in building a national HR team
  • Strong commercial intelligence and effective communicator
  • Willing to travel to other sites during the week
