Job Details

Our client, a division of a major international food group, is recruiting an Interim Finance Director for a period of 12-15 months. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for all aspects of finance including full P&L, and business partnering the leadership team.

Key responsibilities include: Managing a finance team responsible for producing full financial and management information; Working closely with operational and commercial leaders and their teams to provide analysis, challenge, and direction over key commercial decisions; Identifying opportunities in finance and across the business to improve reporting efficiency and the quality of information on which decisions are based, and working cross functionally to implement changes; Developing strong working relationships with head office contacts and across other divisions.

To apply, you must be a qualified accountant with proven experience working in major manufacturing operations, preferably in the food manufacturing sector. You will have operated as a finance business partner to non-finance leaders and will be able to communicate and present at all levels. You must have experience of improving processes, analytical capability and working across functions to drive performance.
