Are you an experienced Program or Project Director looking for your next exciting challenge with an innovative and exciting company?

This fantastic fitness company started in California. Now operating through several hundred countries they unite fitness fanatics worldwide.

Due to expediential growth they are now setting up a Technology division of the company in London and are building a team of experienced, high calibre individuals in their high-end offices in Victoria.

This is an exciting role for a senior Program or Project Director with experience of start-up enterprises to join an inventive company in a challenging Vice President role at a very exciting time in the company's growth.

The role:

  • Due to the start-up nature of this division, the role will include recommending and executing on new systems, processes, and team hires
  • Delivering NPD projects on time, on budget and to performance
  • Implement and deliver business efficiency / continuous improvement initiatives
  • Define and maintain engineering estimates, plans and schedules
  • Support product leadership with regular status and progress reports
  • Support engineering activities of a multi-discipline engineering team
  • Coordinate design efforts between internal teams and outside vendors to develop optimal solutions including equipment specifications and supply chain planning
  • Develop and manage budget, contract documents and project timelines including RFPs, change order controls, purchase orders, and invoicing
  • Coordinate with delivery and service divisions to ensure proper product training, procedural compliance, and other hardware related practices are followed for new and existing supply chain partners
  • Understand the operational process in detail, including the all the relevant metrics and tools required to measure success


The person:

  • Prince2, Scrum, or AgilePM qualifications and experience
  • Ideally have a degree in industrial design and or an engineering discipline or related product design or management subjects
  • Proven technical leadership experience in development and implementation of large scale, complex projects
  • Previously held a position of project or program director or senior/lead manager in a fast growing or enterprise scale business
  • Ability to lead, multi-faceted projects involving multiple disciplines in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate well with engineering and product management teams
  • Able to liaise with Game, Marketing, Operations, Procurement, QA and other cross-company leadership
  • A broad experience of DFM and DFA, preferably in products for consumer applications
  • Experience of the application & management of a design lifecycle
