• Solid experience in a senior delivery leadership role.
• Clear and demonstrable experience with both waterfall an agile methodologies.
• Proven responsibility for managing a portfolio of £10m+ with 20+ active projects.
• Inspiring leadership style - ability to win hearts and minds!
• Proven experience working with all levels/'challenging' stakeholders.
• Strong digital background.
• Competent experience leading large teams and programmes.
• Experience working in an e-commerce and/or fast paced high transactional environment.
