Job Details

We’re looking for an outstanding leader with experience in a complex organisation to guide our HR Shared Services team through the next 12 months. You’ll be responsible for a dynamic team of 37 highly competent specialists and administrators, including five direct line reports. The teams you’ll lead include payroll, pensions, HR systems, immigration and administration.

With a good understanding of HR systems as well as policy and process, you’ll be a strategic thinker with the ability to positively influence senior colleagues. You’ll also have personal gravitas and resilience enabling you to lead and inspire a culture of continuous improvement and excellent service delivery. Your creativity and critical thinking will allow you to deliver a comprehensive HR service that is efficient, customer-centric and data-led.
