Job Details

We’re looking for an energetic and experienced leader to take responsibility for delivering our ambitious HR goals as part of the new People Strategy. Your enthusiasm and contemporary approach will help drive us to ensure our workforce is fit for the future. Working with our wider HR teams, you’ll be able to make a real difference to our staff, our environment and our local community. Your scope will be broad, including succession planning, social inclusion, wellbeing, reward strategy and our employer ethos.

Highly motivated and full of energy to make a positive difference, you’ll bring out the best in people. You don’t have to have higher education experience but you do need significant HR experience leading and managing, as well as working collaboratively with others cross functionally at many levels.

Our work stretches far beyond the teaching and research excellence for which we’re renowned. It also covers hospitality, business, innovation, retail, fundraising, communications, estates and so much more.

As one of the largest employers in the region, we’re based on a beautiful campus between Coventry and Warwickshire. Our campus features lakeside walks, Warwick Arts Centre – one of the largest multi-art form venues in the UK, an amazing new sports centre and many other great facilities.
