CFO - £100,000 - £120,000 per Annum + Benefits - Permanent - London - Financial Services
Ninesharp are currently partnering with a global financial services company on the recruitment of a Chief Financial Officer.
This position will have be a key member of the UK Management team and will have a strategic leadership role in the overall management of the company.
CFO Key Responsibilities:
Develop strategy for Finance function to support achievement of Business strategy.
Create forecasts of yearly profitability to calculate and settle provisional tax liabilities.
Assess and evaluate on-going financial requirements to ensure sufficient resources available to meet and deliver business's Strategy.
Assist in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives.
Oversee all financial transactions and processing systems.
Ensure effective internal controls are in place and compliance with IFRS and applicable regulatory legislation for financial and tax reporting.
Provide strategic recommendations to enhance financial performance and new business opportunities.
Ensure company's cash flow is appropriate for the operations.
Prepare reliable and timely Financial Reporting and Financial Planning forecasts.
Drive the annual budget process and the monthly reporting.
Review and present the detailed Budget for the business including financials, KPIs, cash flow.
Maintain Banking arrangements and other Finance related relationships such as external auditors.CFO Key Skills:
Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
A minimum of 5 years' experience working in financial leadership roles.
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organisation.
Leadership Skills and Strategic Vision.
Understanding of FX and CFD broking.
Strong problem solving and creative skills.
High level of integrity and dependability.
