Head of Finance

Broster Buchanan are partnering with a high growth Private Equity retail business to appoint a Head of Finance. A pivotal leadership role reporting to the CFO, you will provide the day to day leadership to the finance function as well as supporting the board on all financial matters.

This opportunity offers a role with a large amount of breadth, giving the successful applicant the opportunity to truly run the financial operations of the business. This would include everything from providing clear financial planning for the continued growth of the business, all the way through to ensuring the business continues to maintain the highest possible standards of financial control.

Successful applications are required to have the following experience:

• Full Qualified Accountant, either ACA, CIMA or ACCA
• Proven track record in running a finance function in a multi-site business
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrable experience of working in both financial control and commercial finance
