Niro Recruitment Solutions are working in partnership with an industry leading Cyber Security Solutions & Managed Services provider based in Central London; who are looking to hire a Head of Pre-Sales to help shape, forge and lead an exciting new pre-sales function.

Our client: European leading cyber security firm, who specialise in providing innovative security solutions and managed services to the UK and EU markets.

Salary: £120,000 + £20k/£30k bonus + comprehensive benefits package.
Start date: ASAP

The Role:

  • Due to vast growth across the UK and Europe, our client now requires a Head of Pre-Sales to join them and act as the bridge between their growing commercial and technical teams; leading a small yet growing & dynamic pre-sales team.
  • This is a new role to the organisation due to pure growth. So you'll have the ability to shape and create an exciting pre-sales function as time progresses. Bringing past experiences and ideas into a live environment.

You'll ideally come from a cyber security background having worked as a:

  • Head of Pre-Sales, Lead Pre-sales consultant or Lead Solutions Architect; with expert domain knowledge of the industry, experience of selling/presenting solutions at C-level.
  • You must be comfortable working in a Head of capacity helping and mentoring those junior.

  • A story teller, someone who can add value to their existing solution offerings and propositions.
  • Someone who can ignite their clients interests and secure large scale business whilst working closely with senior sales colleagues.
  • Vast experience in leading pre-sales/professional services teams.
  • A true thought-leader in the cyber area.
  • Experience of working across multiple vertical markets.
