Head of European Sales required to work for a fast-growing Financial Technology company based in the City of London.

Leading a team of circa 15 individuals, you will not only be responsible for inspiring and motivating the individuals, but you will also have responsibility to assist in closing certain deals as well. So a good, strong leader who is not afraid to be on the front line every now and again too!!!

We need a proven leader who is energetic and can make a positive impact almost from the word 'Go'. Ideally you will come from an Investment Banking, Hedge Fund, Financial Services or Fintech background. Also, it is ESSENTIAL that you have (and understand fully) Buy-Side Selling experience.

Base salary is likely to be around circa £120-140k + 50% OTE (and potentially more depending on your impact!).
