Our client is a leading utilities contractor with a strong forward order book. Due to the organic growth they are now recruiting for a Regional Design & Engineering Manager.

The Role:

• Reporting to the Technical Director you will be responsible for providing a high quality technical engineering function, delivering design,whilst Managing the design and engineering budget and ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Lead and develop the engineering & design team within the regions and its constituent parts to successfully achieve company, team and individual goals and objectives relating to the implementation of best value design, standardisation of technical and engineering practices and procedures throughout the company. Managing the regional functional.

The Person:

• Of obvious degree calibre and substantial experience operating at a senior/principal level in power services design.
• Management and development of a large team.
