Astute Financial Recruitment is working in partnership with a PE-backed, global manufacturing business in Derby seeking a Finance Director to lead the operational, commercial and strategic finance activities for the organisation's facilities across Europe and Asia.

This is a number one role, partnering with the Managing Director, reporting into the Vice President, and chiefly responsible for ensuring the full accounting and FP&A activities are delivered in accordance with Group plans to develop the business, grow sales and maximise profits.

To be successful in this role, you will be a fully-qualified experienced Finance Director, ideally with a manufacturing background, with a proven track-record of leading multi-site teams. You will have acted as a leader and advisor to a business, partnering with operations and corporate functions and have considerable experience managing key stakeholders and be an excellent relationship-builder and negotiator.

The rewards:

• £110,000 - £130,000 salary (negotiable for the right candidate)
