Finance Director

A lower mid-market private equity house has recently acquired a transport-technology business and are looking for a Finance Director to assist with post-deal professionalisation. You must be prepared to roll your sleeves up and get involved with moulding the finance function in line with the new ownership – specifically, creating a finance function that can accommodate for the planned buy-and-build strategy. This is a 9-month opportunity based in Central London.

What you will be doing:

• Upgrading the finance system
• Professionalising the reporting and revitalising the board pack
• Rebuilding the business model
• Upskilling the finance team
• Streamlining internal processes to prepare the finance function for next stage growth
• Evaluating acquisition and integration options

About you:

• Ideally worked in a high-growth software business before
• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
• You will have private-equity experience, ideally in a post-deal scenario.
• Strong knowledge of finance systems
