Job Details

Savannah are looking to speak to interim managers with an exceptional background in HR leadership. Reporting into the CHRO, our client is looking to hire someone with proven delivery in a change environment. It is essential that you can demonstrate capability in the following areas:

  • Prior background in a consumer focused business
  • Strong business partnering and leadership experience
  • Deep exposure to operating both on a strategic and operational level
  • Strong OD skills
  • Previous experience in leading a European team
  • Broad commercial acumen
  • An aptitude for operating in a change environment

The role is likely to extend for 3-6 months and will primarily be based in Greater Manchester.
