Interim FP&A Consultant

We are working with the CFO of a private equity backed FinTech business who are looking for an interim FP&A support. Operating in a disruptive space, the company has grown rapidly over the last few years and recently received investment from a well-known private equity house. Following the investment, the business is looking to grow both organically and via acquisitions to reach new markets.

Reporting to the CFO and working alongside the CEO / Chair, you will be business partnering to specify KPI and management account reporting requirements initially. Following this, you will work on the following roles:

• Consolidating the group’s financial reporting models, including a 5-year forecast (P&L, cash flow & balance sheet) reporting
• Board pack improvement
• Implementing MI reporting suites across the business
• Introducing weekly KPI reporting for each department for the business

About you:

• Ideally, have a track record of interim assignments
• ACA or CIMA qualified
• Experience of working in FinTech / Tech-enabled FS companies
• Worked within an acquisitive business previously
• Worked with a PE-backed business
