Client Relationship Manager to support on a number of the firm's most valued and important clients which form part of the UK programme.

The ideal candidate will be part of our well respected and dynamic CRM team which is sponsored directly by our UK Executive Board.

Description

The CRM Manager will be responsible for:

  • Working with the client leadership team to ensure we have a comprehensive account strategy and plan on nominated clients, incorporating key priorities, opportunity identification, client engagement and feedback strategy and value-add activities.
  • Be across key client and business information to provide informed relationship development support by monitoring business updates and undertaking research on nominated clients. This will include but not be limited to:
    • Client's core business activities and property portfolio
    • Key contacts within the client
    • Competitor positioning
    • Existing and target contracts and renewal dates
    • Company revenue and pipeline
    • Marketing and research initiatives
  • Collect feedback from clients on the companies performance and service delivery and ensure this is incorporated into the account strategy
  • Interact regularly with the client leadership team and core team to review the account strategy and ensure priorities and actions are moving forward
  • Ensure that there are regular communications to the business on client news and activity
  • Ensure that intranet pages, database and documents are updated and maintained
  • Provide input into pitch strategy for the pitching team

Profile

The London CRM Manager must be:

  • Experience in client relationship management
  • Strong critical thinking, strategic analysis and written communication skills
  • Practical and efficient self-starter with strong organisational skills
  • Ability to flex style and approach to the situation and audience
  • Attention to detail
  • Confident and persuasive- able to communicate directly with and influence senior executives within the business
  • Action oriented
  • The candidate will ideally have professional services and business development experience.
  • Graduate calibre and/or equivalent
  • Business minded with an interest in commercial real estate

Up to £50,000 base salary + annual discretionary bonus
