Key Skills:

• Project manager with 5-10 years' experience including deployment processes and improving them
• Good knowledge of unified communications, and call centers, ideally UCCE
• Project Scaling
• Excellent communication and documentation
• Good coaching skills

Role Brief:

The digital deployment team is responsible for the global rollout of Unified Communication and Workforce management tools. The existing deployment framework is in need of revision. We require an experienced consultant to shadow the team, identify pain points, devise, and promote more scaled and efficient processes.

Key Tasks:

• Audit current Project Implementation methodology
• Highlight pain points impacting current deployments
• Provide enhancement recommendations to promote faster delivery at lower costs
• Review and evaluate existing project structure between the deployment and solution teams and provide governance recommendations
• Provide recommendation on resource optimization, demand management and scoping management processes
