Financial Controller

A leading PE Backed technology business with a highly innovative offering is seeking an experienced Financial Controller in order to propel the company through its next period of growth and continued success. As a crucial partner to the CFO, you will be instrumental in the future development of this exciting Private Equity Backed Business.

The business is PE backed and going through an exciting period of change, with excellent prospects for personal progression on the horizon. You will play an integral role in assisting the business to achieve ambitious objectives in a positive and creative working environment. You will have excellent communicative skills, and the ability to liaise effectively with staff across the business. As FC you will be tasked with improving the business's board packs as well as bringing in best practice with regards to systems, processes and controls, including KPI reporting.

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA) Preferably chartered with extensive experience as Financial Controller and a background in growing businesses going through change and transformation. As Financial Controller your core function will be to report and oversee day to day cash flow as well as compiling month end, quarterly and annual auditing. You will be responsible for the day to day management of the finance team, and therefore it essential that you have experience of managing a team. Due to the company's ongoing growth, our client is looking for someone who can identify opportunities for development and is prepared to tackle hands on the tasks with the existing team.
