This position will drive the generation of sales growth over the short, medium, and long-term necessary to meet or exceed sales forecasts and path to value metrics.

Based from London but will require travel both nationally and internationally.

Description

The European Business Development Director will be a key part of a growing team EMEA management team. This position will be responsible for the management of the European sales team, oversight of all customers, identification of opportunities, development of the European sales strategy and evaluation of VIP sales opportunities across Europe.

This position will drive the generation of sales growth over the short, medium, and long-term necessary to meet or exceed sales forecasts and path to value metrics.

This position will be responsible to develop strategy, plan and adopt sales strategies to achieve maximum penetration consistent with the corporation's financial objectives and requirements to drive the company's tactical and strategic growth.

This person must be a consultative, innovative seller that can think outside the box and enhance the customer experience. This person must share similar values to Company and be a driver of that culture internally and externally.

Profile

The Business Development Director should have the following skillset:

  • Extensive Sales and Business Development Experience; a true hunter that has proven the ability to cultivate new business
  • Outstanding team management capabilities, able to motivate high performing teams
  • Able to establishes trust and credibility with customers
  • Ability to work closely with remote internal teams to harness maximum results
  • Aptitude and/or spatial design; this person must deal with theatres, stadiums, educational facilities, government buildings, any location that can use reclining chairs and how seats work
  • Experience of managing sales of a high value product or service - Annual revenue of up to $50M or above
  • Innovative spirit that thinks outside the box
  • Ability to multi-task and excellent follow through
  • Self-starter that can work independently
  • Professional sales process experience
  • Direct industry experience; successfully sold solutions to movie theatres
  • CRM experience

Job Offer

Basic Salary up to £90,000 depending on experience plus Bonus
