Interim CFO

A PE backed Technology business is seeking an interim CFO to play a leading role in the sale of the business. As a key member of the management team you will have full ownership of the commercial functions within the organisation. The business is going through a fast-growth period and requires someone to review all current system, processes, and controls to ensure they have the capacity to grow with the business and take them through a successful sale process.

You will be working closely with the CEO and the private equity backers, whom have extensive knowledge in the industry you will be playing a crucial role, providing them with both technical and strategic support through this ambitious stage in their growth journey. Drawing upon your commercial instinct you will develop key relationships with stakeholders and utilise your leadership skills to develop and inspire the finance team.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA,ACMA,ACCA), with a proven track record in growing businesses, preferably in a fast-paced technology business, or related sector. This is an excellent opportunity to play a crucial role in a highly innovative business.
