European Sales Director – Wholesale
Our client is an internationally recognisable lifestyle and sports apparel group with numerous highly successful brands. Due to a restructure of the commercial leadership team in Europe, they are looking to appoint a Sales Director to manage and grow their presence across wholesale accounts in the region.
- Reporting directly to the European Managing Director and a key member of the executive leadership team you will own the sales strategy for all wholesale accounts in Europe, tasked with growing revenues across both new and existing accounts.
- Will operate in a hands on strategic leadership position where you will lead and mentor a multifunctional team with over 10 direct reports to increase profitable revenue streams, customer service and brand awareness across your accounts.
- Will actively engage with new and existing customers to build strong collaborative relationships and work closely with other functional business leaders to ensure group targets are achieved.
- Degree educated with significant experience driving sales across key wholesale including traditional retail and digital accounts in Europe within a relevant branded apparel category.
- Ideally Bilingual (English + other) you will be comfortable engaging with new and existing customers across Europe with the ability to prove you can forge strong collaborative working relationships to increase sales.
- The gravitas and ability to lead a dedicated international sales team with excellent communication skills at all levels.
