Our West Yorkshire based client is looking to recruit a Head of Business Change - Digital to support the newly appointed CTO to drive the digital transformation agenda. This is a hugely complex portfolio of programmes to manage and the Head of Business Change will be responsible for leading those change initiatives and developing the digital strategy.

Description

Our client has embarked on a significant transformation journey; a transformation that will impact every area of the business. As part of this transformation, they have identified the need to recruit a Head of Business Change - Digital to support the CTO to drive the digital change agenda.

The Head of Business Change - Digital, will support the senior leadership team to prioritise a portfolio of strategic and tactical projects and programmes that will digitise the business. This role is about landing and embedding changes to systems, processes and people, tracking business benefits and ensuring that customer experience is ultimately improved.

The Head of Business Change - Digital will work across the business to assess requirements and impacts. They will coach cross-functional project teams to ensure that results are consistent and aligned to the overarching strategy of the business and that any associated risks are managed effectively. The Head of Business Change will be instrumental in improving business processes and customer experience through innovation and technology.

Profile

To be successful in your application to the Head of Business Change - Digital, you must demonstrate the following skills, experience and qualifications:

  • Experience of delivering digital transformation programmes, ideally within both large and SME businesses
  • Proven change management experience, including principles and tools
  • Excellent stakeholder management experience; ability to work at all levels up to C-Suite
  • Strategic thinker
  • Proven portfolio / programme management experience
  • Experience of working within an agile environment
