As a Lead H&S Management Consultant, you will be responsible for partnering with a diverse range of clients and internal stakeholders to implement and manage scalable solutions that are fit for purpose and customisable to fulfil client objectives and ambitions, ensuring maximum engagement and satisfaction.

Description:

• Manage client projects and programmes and oversee through to successful delivery with strong commercial skills
• Provide corporate management advice
• Design, maintain and improve health and safety management systems
• Undertake complex and critical risk assessments including fire, health and safety and international risk assessments
• Assist with the analysis of processes for improvement and better management system design
• Create, deliver and oversee health and safety management objectives and delivery plans Create complex risk and legal registers for UK and international clients

Profile:

• Experience in a safety and/or risk practitioner position, ideally with multi-site/client/product exposure
• NEBOSH qualifications (diploma level is preferred)
• Member of relevant professional body at practitioner or full member level (GradISOH, MIIRSM, MWIFM or equivalent)
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and business priorities within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Strong relationships management experience, paired with the ability to support stakeholders with complex, contentious and critical matters
• Strong influencing skills complimented by the ability to identify commercial opportunities that provide value for both the organisation and the client
