The Opportunity
A financial services organisation based in the City is recruiting for an experienced Interim Head of HR to manage day to day HR and support with SMCR. Reporting to the CEO, the client group is c100 and growing.
The Detail
The role will help drive the building of a commercial HR function and the main accountabilities will include:
*Proactively support management from a generalist HR capacity
*Lead on Change and ER including TUPE, redundancy, organisation change etc.
*Prepare for and manage compliance including SMCR
*Manage post-merger integration activities
*Advise and manage talent management, succession planning, reward strategy, and full employee life cycle
Skills and Experience
*Previously worked in Insurance/FS and ideally Lloyds markets
*Experience of SMRC and FCA compliance
*Extensive M&A integration experience
*Strong UK employment law knowledge
*Strong stakeholder management
