My client, a medium to large sized Housing Association requires an experienced interim with executive level experience.
This is a challenging role, with people leadership being the primary strength required to deliver on this assignment. There is an unsettled work force that must first be energised, with a medium term plan to restructure to ensure the business is set up to deliver against the corporate plan, and that individuals are thriving in their areas of strength and competence.
This individual will have the capability of contributing to a strategic asset management and investment plan, as well as driving the compliance and operations areas.
It is essential that the individual has operated at Director level ideally within a large RP with a complex portfolio.
