Job Details
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an accomplished Commercial Controller to assume a high profile role within the finance team of an innovative consumer goods group. Reporting into a Regional CFO, this is a broad but commercially-focused role with responsibility for a team of four.
Key responsibilities fall under the following broad headings:
- Controls, Accounting & Governance
- Performance Management and Driving Sustainable Profitable Growth
- Cash Management
- Change Management & Separation
- Team Leadership & Development
Candidates will be qualified and able to demonstrate a commercial, business partnering skill set (ideally working closely with an MD or similar). They will likely have begun their career in a more “traditional” finance capacity before developing a more analytical, value-add skill set in more recent years. They will thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure, ever-changing environment and will have a passion for (if not experience in) the consumer goods space.
