The Company

Our client is keen to attract a talented Divisional Finance Director to join their Midlands team. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a diverse group, where you will be working closely with the CFO and Senior Management Team providing financial support to group operations.

The Role

Overseeing and leading your team, you will provide insight and decision support to directors and heads of department globally. This position oversees the consolidation of group management accounts globally along with all related performance reporting so you will have regular interaction with the board. In an organisation where finance is highly thought of, you will empower your team to deliver robust and accurate month end reporting to strict deadlines. Fostering a culture of excellence and process improvement, you will work in partnership with stakeholders to deliver operational excellence across global sites.

The Candidate

Of graduate calibre, you will be a qualified accountant (ACA,ACCA,ACMA) with a demonstrable track record of delivering clear, concise financial information within a global group. With strong leadership skills and proven experience managing sizeable teams, you will also have the ability to think creatively and be capable of building relationships at all levels across the business.
