A high-growth, online, PropTech business is currently seeking an experienced CFO to join their West London head office. Having recently received extensive investment, they are now looking to grow aggressively and become one of the market leaders in the PropTech industry. Through their unique online and physical market presence, they have become a recognisable brand and have grown in size by over 100% in the past 2 years. They are now looking to take the business to the next stage and require somebody with a strategic vision to help them achieve their ambitious plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Finance function for the group
  • Full due diligence on future investment opportunities
  • Manage external relationships with capital providers and oversee corporate financing
  • Partner with the CEO, all members of the senior management team and other company leadership on business strategy
  • Manage company policies regarding capital requirements, debt, taxation and equity
  • Implement processes, frameworks and systems that allow them to capture and utilise timely and accurate data across the business to make better decisions and streamline processes
  • Optimise financial performance across the business
  • Develop in-depth financial models
  • Develop new financial and non financial KPI's
  • Ensure appropriate structures are in place to service the business, whilst maintaining tight controls
  • Build a best-in-class finance function and team, with strong operational process and discipline extending across all departments and business functions


Key Requirements:
  • Ideally ACA qualified from Big 4 with extensive post-qualified experience
  • Experience of working within a VC/PE backed environment
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong educational background
  • Financial modelling experience
