Our client is recruiting an Interim Group Finance Director for their exciting, fast growth business.

The Group Finance Director will be responsible for delivering and leading the Finance function, whilst providing support and challenge for the senior management team to deliver maximum shareholder value.

This role will manage the finance function to deliver effectiveness and efficiency in the day to day transactional processing, ensuring that the group reporting is appropriate, timely and accurate to deliver an environment of continuous improvement, and the Finance Director will ensure robust business planning, performance analysis, cash management and investment appraisal. Strong financial controls including in depth cash flow management is pivotal to the role, as well as having a commercial outlook to support future growth aspirations.

The successful Candidate will be a Professionally Qualified Accountant with extensive experience of technical group reporting within a Finance Director position. Candidates will have demonstrable experience of operating at board level, whilst leading the day to day finance operation. There maybe the potential for this role to become permanent.
