Group FP&A Manager
Our client is a FTSE 100 company based in central London. The business is highly acquisitive and performing very well across the Group, with significant share price accretion over the last few years. They have grown to become one of the largest and most reputable service providers in its industry, with impressive international operations.
Reporting directly to the Group FP&A Director, we are searching for a newly created Group FP&A Manager position to have a direct line of sight and high visibility to the Group's CFO, Group FP&A Director and other finance leaders across the company's global operations. In this role, you will provide data-driven and analytical insights to support key strategic and operational decisions. You will support the Group's structured approach to daily, weekly and monthly performance management as well as deliver a robust and value-added annual Budget and strategic planning process. Finally, you will also drive step-change improvements to the Group's financial reporting and performance management routine.
This role offers significant growth opportunities for the right candidate as it offers a depth and breadth of both multi geography and multi business line exposure in a fast growing, dynamic business which continues to deliver significant year-on-year growth.
We are seeking to recruit an exceptional candidate who must be able to demonstrate excellent analytical and commercial acumen. The role requires someone with outstanding finance skills who can work at pace and intensity, with an appetite to support and drive a complex change agenda.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in planning and analysis, and/or come from a Transaction Services (Lead Advisory) team, with a first class academic background. You will ideally have significant experience post-ACA qualification in a top professional services firm if coming from a TS background, or gained strong execution / FP&A experience in a FTSE100 / relatable business. To be successful, a proactive, can-do attitude with a desire to fully understand the drivers is a pre-requisite.
