Security Operations Director FM TFM
Location: London
Salary: £80,000-85,000 per annum + Bonus 20% + Pension 5% + Railcard

You are ambitious. You are passionate about security services. You have built a strong career in the security industry and you are looking for the right company that is as enthusiastic about client relationships as you are.

As a Director of Operations, Regional Director or Account Director, you currently manage a large, multi-site operation nationally, with a key focus in London, that provides security services to blue-chip clients.

Services you deliver for your clients include:
*Manned Guarding
*Front of House
*Reception
*Mail / Post Room

As a standalone security services provider, or perhaps as a division of a larger business that provides Total Facilities Management (TFM) contracts, your current employer entrusts you to nurture key client relationships, because you do whatever it takes to deliver a best in class service.

This could be by adding on services or extra sites, or by working with other providers. You have an active, energetic and visible management style. You build winning teams and motivate your team using your strong leadership skills.

With a strong focus on operational excellence, you are always looking for improvements.
Commercial negotiations are a strength of yours. You easily move between strategic and operational challenges during your day, with flexibility and mental agility.

You still hold your current SIA licence that allows you to actively help and support your multi site contracts when needed. More often, you lead from the back, helping your team to deliver excellent services by managing the operational costs, giving the support, training and development needed and, above all, being available to listen to any concerns anyone in your team may have.

Flexible enough to be able to turn your attention to service delivery, client retention, mobilisation of new contracts and service improvements, you are a great all-rounder who knows the security industry in London and knows what good looks like.
