Job Description
In this role, the Operations Director will oversee E2E Supply Chain activity including logistics, customer services, commercial/purchasing & operations.

Some key responsibilities include:

• Oversee the company's global supply chain operation.
• Promote opportunities for growth & profitability.
• Proactively drive operational efficiency & high utilisation across the sites.
• Developing and retaining an engaged management team.
• Building relationships with customers both internal & external.

The Successful Applicant
The successful Operations Director will have experience of managing global Supply Chains within a retail / e-commerce / wholesale environment and you will also have the following experience:

• Vast Operational Supply Chain knowledge & experience of growth/expansion.
• Experience of in-house logistics & 3PL.
• A hands-on approach to leadership.
• Staff engagement & development.
• Driving cultural & business change.
• B2B Wholesale experience, ideally Amazon.

What's on Offer
The successful Supply Chain Director will receive a salary of £90,000 - £125,000 neg + a number of exciting benefits.
