Currently looking for a MEP Project Director for a growing M+ E subcontractor. Due to a increased amount of work coming in, they are looking for a someone at director level to lead their Commercial type work, and they are offering some excellent rates for the right candidate.

The Role
MEP Project Director, number 1 on site.
Meetings with clients and subcontractors, dealing with issues and requests.
Dealing with main contractor, so if you are experienced in this area, then that is would be beneficial
Able to deal with QS, planner, design and deal with any issues- able to represent the organisation in these types of meetings, and deliver results
10 mill m+e so you must have experience working this level of project

The Person

• Evidence of delivering jobs on time, examples of where you have made profit on these types of jobs
• Projects you have worked on previously that are of a large value
• Able to read drawings
• Build a team around you, set targets and make sure they deliver
• Project Submitals
• Resilient and able to deal with challenges
• Atleast 5 years of experience as a senior mechanical project manager
• ideally you will have seen project from beginning through to end
