Our client, a Mental Health Trust, is currently looking to identify an experienced interim Deputy Chief Operating Officer to help lead the organisation through a period of significant change.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the successful candidate will work with the board to develop and lead service improvement and performance strategies across the trust. Patient care is at the heart of everything this trust stands for, together with the clinical leads you will provide strong, clear visionary leadership through your team ensuring effective delivery of the service.

We are looking for an inspirational leader who fosters a performance culture where all employees can thrive.

In addition, you will have:

  • Proven track record in working with and influencing stakeholders in developing and transforming clinical services
  • Demonstrable experience of managing substantial projects, delivering to target, within constraints and on time
  • Evidence of setting ambitious targets and of implementing innovative solutions to improve services within tight financial constraints
  • A track record of leading and delivering sustainable and measurable change coupled with the ability to engage others in delivering these results
  • Evidence of leading successful change management processes

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced interim to make a real difference. The successful candidate will have previously worked within a Mental Health Trust and have a track record in service transformation and leadership.
