An exciting and unique opportunity has arisen from a fast growing, entrepreneurial alternative capital provider headquartered in London with offices in the US.

Our client is looking to hire a Head of Structuring banking, debt capital markets and tax, this is a business role/deal role for someone with a legal background. The ideal candidate will have tax structuring background having gained experience in-house in a structuring or deal capacity.

Reporting to CEO, the Head of Structuring will be responsible for building the structuring function within the firm to ensure excellent execution of structuring and restructuring of the business.
Primary objective is to ensure the firm is best placed to take advantage of its strengths within the market and help build the business to optimize shareholder value.

You will take ownership of the role and make it your own, this is a commercial role involving liaising with shareholders, external counterparties, advisers and regulators, issue spotting and looking to add value.
