Head of User Experience | Property Tech Startup | Central London | 6 Month Contract

My client is a rapidly growing tech start-up that has developed a suite of cutting-edge products that harness the power of data in the property sector. Like any startup, AI has a fast-paced and dynamic working environment with a strong teamwork ethic and active social scene.

As the Head of UX you will lead a team of UX designers and researchers that are integrated within a team of product designers and developers. It is key that their platform is easily accessible across connected devices and desktop, offering a range of services including personalised physical products to personal portfolio products. You will be experienced leading teams across UI and UX and ideally have a range of data visualisation products. Most importantly you understand how we integrate on a day to day basis with technology, providing a a leading retail service.

About You

• You are currently the head of design, UX or digital department
• You are used to dealing with key stakeholders, going through requirements and producing digital solutions to complex questions
• You have led design, UX and research teams, prototyping and mocking up new ideas and concepts
• You know how to motivate and inspire, you are a natural leader that is calm and collected and enjoys team work
• You are experienced working in agile environments, with multi-disciplined teams
• Most importantly you are looking to push the boundaries of design, creating, living and breathing new ideas and strategies
