Job Details
Our multinational services client require an Interim Finance Shared Service Centre Director for 9-12 months initially, based in Birmingham. You will be responsible for leading a newly established team of circa. 100 people sitting across O2C, R2R, P2P and payroll, whilst working with wider non-finance stakeholders. You will have 5 direct reports and be required to build a collaborative and willing culture across the team during a period of ambiguity, whilst bedding in the existing processes. You must ensure the team deliver to meet non-finance stakeholder expectations across multiple business units. You will also be responsible for supporting the selection of a new accounting system and associated financial workflows, with the ability to drive this project forward when required. You must have a wealth of demonstrable finance shared service centre experience, ensuring best practice and full team engagement to ensure accurate and timely delivery. A blend of change/transformation and daily management skills are preferable, with the ability to lead, engage and motivate teams within ambiguous environments.
