Head of Design/Head of UX & UI/Head of Marketing & Design

Our client is a global FMCG company and they are currently in the market for a Head of Design to lead their team from the Amsterdam office. We are looking for a strong personality who will be responsible for working in an innovative environment and applying their skills to influence the future direction of the company.

Scope of the Role:

• The central challenge will be to create an experience for user that will step-shift them from offline acquisitions to trusting the online environment.
• You will have a large team of UX and UI designers to aid you wherever needed.
• Creatively re-imagining the entire user experience online.

Essential Experience Required

• Had experience working for a FMCG company
• Strong background in data collection and analysis
• Have an excellent understanding of how design fits within an organisation
• Demonstrable hands on experience with complex and large-scale consumer products with many moving parts

Our client is happy to receive applications from across Europe, but it will be 5 days a week in the Amsteram office.
