Base Salary: £80k

Our client is a market leading manufacturer of paper, plastic and flexible packaging products, who supply into the food and non-food markets with a strong emphasis in food service. Due to recent restructuring they now wish to appoint an experienced Sales Director from within the food packaging sector.

The Role:

• Reporting to Managing Director you will be responsible for all strategic sales activity throughout the UK.
• To drive profitable sales growth through existing channels, typically food and non-food producers and the food service sectors, including the multiple fast food chains.
• You will be responsible for key market sales penetration whilst achieving and exceeding targeted revenues within the existing client base.

The Person:

• You will have a proven track record in the packaging sector and have significant experience within food packaging.
• A first-class communicator who will develop and manage relationships with key accounts. This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated team player.
• A passionate and driven individual that can make a significant contribution to the delivery of new business.
