We are currently running a search for an Operations Director to join a leading high end refurbishment (of listed properties) and new build contractor based in London.

Our client operates on a national basis with carefully selected contracts, delivering high-quality bespoke services tailored to the specific needs of their clients. Every member of the team is based in-house, enabling them to provide the flexibility and efficiency required to complete any project.

This flexibility allows them to work all over the UK on any type of project, with great success in the Commercial, Education and Retail industries. Whether building from the ground up, or transforming existing spaces, our client is able to see the process through from initial plan to post-construction, handling every detail. The role will have P&L responsibility for £8m turnover, spread out over a maximum of 6 projects, which is expected to double in size within 2 years.

As Operations Director, you will be an ambassador of the company. Focused on running the operations of the company, you will also be a key figure of support to the Managing Director.
