Operations Director - Requirements
  • A high performing Operations Director from a QSR, Fast Food or Coffee background
  • A real self-starter with tonnes of enthusiasm and a sense of individuality
  • A supportive leader who has a passion for coaching and developing their team
  • A true foodie who strives to keep abreast of changing trends within the industry
  • Confident in establishing and implementing processes
  • A dynamic and capable senior operator with experience across a range of businesses
  • Strategic and able to support the sustainable growth and evolution of the business and its different brands
  • Ability to manage a number of third party relationships and senior level stakeholders

Operations Director - Responsibilities
  • Development and delivery of an operational strategy for an exciting hospitality group with a number of different concepts
  • Leadership and development of a team of regional managers
  • Working closely with senior teams and stakeholders
  • Driving revenue growth, profitability and service across a varied estate
  • Building a robust set of processes from the ground up to enhance controls and drive profitability
  • Implementing operational change and reviewing existing processes
