Chief Financial Officer

Durham

£130,000 - £150,000 plus Equity, Bonus, Car Allowance and Pension

We have been approached by a Private Equity Client to find a Chief Financial Officer for a consumer services organisation. Through the secured private equity investment, they are looking to undergo rapid organic growth and an exit upon reaching the desired EBITDA.

They seek to recruit a commercially astute CFO that can help drive the strategic and financial plans.

The main responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with the Board and reporting directly to the CEO
  • Supporting in M&A activities
  • Aiding in all due diligence upon the desired exit
  • Preparation and presentation of annual budgets and forecasts, cashflow, and monthly management accounts
  • Liaising with all external advisors and bodies

An exceptional candidate will exhibit the following attributes and achievements:

  • ACA qualified
  • Board level experience working in a Private Equity environment
  • Ability to thrive in a rapid growth environment
  • Eye for detail in the financial and operational aspects of a business
  • Resident in the North East with the ability to work there 5 days a week
