Interim Finance Director

Our client is a Financial Services organisation, headquartered in the UK, with international operations.

As Interim Finance Director, reporting to the CEO, key responsibilities include:

• Leading on all financial matters for the organisation
• Managing all external relationships with bankers, auditors and advisors
• Directing all accounting and reporting
• Ensure effective financial controls over cash, investments and capital expenditure
• Ownership of all financial planning and analysis
• Reviewing and ensuring appropriate funding arrangements are in place
• Driving improvements via the finance function
• Business partnering to the CEO

The successful candidate will have the following profile:

• Qualified Accountant (ideally ACA, trained with a leading firm)
• Experience within a multinational financial services organisation
• Capital markets experience including securitisation and funding
• Proven track record as a CFO / Divisional Finance Director
• Commercially astute

Start Date: circa early-July 2019

Duration: circa 6 to 9 months
